My name is Pamela. On January 28,2013 I met my loving dog Bruno. I placed a call to Furry Babies on January 24,2013 and spoke to Jessica. I introduced myself and requested a girl Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier. Jessica immediately listen and took interest in my request. She explained Furry Babies process for purchasing dogs. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She asked all the right questions and ensured she could provide the dog. Within 48 hours I received a call from Jessica. A boy Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier had arrived at the Fox Valley Furry Babies location. To my surprise I stated I was planning to purchase a girl dog in the spring. Jessica suggested I come and look at the dog. She explained she had bathe him and he was very docile. I was reluctant and wasn't ready for the dog. I waited another 48 hours and placed a call back to Jessica. I explained I will come and look at the dog. She said great, she wouldn't be there but she would make sure someone was expecting me. When I arrived at Furry Babies, Christina showed me the dog. I was impressed. Jessica and Christina was very instrumental in my decision to purchase a boy dog. I now own a Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier named Bruno, whom I simply adore. I am so pleased. I thanked Jessica numerous times and will continue to let her know how special she is. Jessica and Christina are definitely treasured assets to Furry Babies at Fox Valley. They made me dream come true!

We tried to adopt a puppy and the amount of paperwork and red tape they made us jump through made us not adopt.  I liked the fact that my kids could play with her and we could make a decision to bring her home all in one day.  What I like best is all the different breeds available and the ease of picking her out. I really liked how we were allowed to play with her for as long as we wanted before making our decision to buy her.

Honestly, Crystal is your best asset. I was incredibly resistant about getting a dog from a mall store, but Crystal and the warranties gave me tons of confidence and peace of mind. I will tell all my friends that the dogs here are incredibly well treated and the staff really allow you to get to know the right dog before you buy one.
